By accessing, completing, or otherwise engaging with this screening tool, you acknowledge and agree that it is provided by Nandisa Psychological Consulting (NPC) strictly as a preliminary, informational, and clinical support resource. You further understand that this tool is not a psychological assessment, not a diagnostic instrument, and not a substitute for a comprehensive evaluation conducted by a registered psychologist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You accept that any results generated are automated, context-limited, and non-clinical in nature, and must not be interpreted in isolation or relied upon to make decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, educational placement, occupational suitability, legal matters, or any other form of formal determination. The absence of a clinical interview, professional observation, and collateral information means that results cannot account for the full complexity of individual psychological functioning.

Where this tool is used by individuals who are not clients of NPC or who are completing it independently online, you acknowledge that no therapeutic or professional relationship is established through its use alone, and that any information provided does not constitute clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

NPC emphasises that psychological wellbeing is best understood through a comprehensive, person-centred, and professionally guided process, in accordance with the ethical standards of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and applicable legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
